What Is On Mahesh Babu’s Mind?

These are the days when star heroes like Prabhas, Allu Arjun and other pan-India stars are locking two or more subjects, directors and production houses in a row. Such that once they wrap a particular film, they would be moving to their next set immediately. Even star directors are also setting up projects in the same except for a few. At this juncture, many are wondering what is going on in Mahesh Babu’s mind.

The other day, wrapping SS Rajamouli’s Varanasi, the upcoming magnum opus that is set for April 2027 release, Superstar Mahesh hasn’t signed any other movie. Though the likes of Mythri Movie Makers, Dil Raju and other big producers are flattering him with advances, a good story is not coming his way, it looks like. Many rumours have popped up earlier about a possible collaboration with the likes of Anil Ravipudi, but the director himself quashed those rumours.

Also, another report started doing rounds that Mahesh will team up with Sanjay Leela Bhansali, but that couldn’t be true, as the actor wants to come up with Telugu films that will do well in other regions, but not direct Hindi movies. Currently taking part in the last leg of Varanasi shooting, Mahesh is said to be looking forward to a short holiday first and will make a decision about his next movie thereafter.
