How Mahesh Babu Prepared For Rama Role In Varanasi?

Superstar Mahesh Babu is currently working on the biggest project in his career in the form of Varanasi, which is being directed by Rajamouli, and he appears to be excited about this journey.

In this context, Mahesh Babu was asked about the prospect of appearing as Prabhu Sri Ram in this film and he had an interesting comment to make.

Mahesh revealed that it was an absolute pleasure to partner with Rajamouli for this project, while playing the character of Ram has also been a memorable and challenging experience for him.

Mahesh pointed out that he had to undergo special training in martial art, arts, and combat sports in order to get the right demeanour and appearance as Ram, who was a warrior king. He further pointed out that the special training that he undercooked for this film changed him personally and physically as well.

At the end of the day, playing Ram in Rajamouli, film is a treat of its own. It comes with its own challenges and physical needs, as the actor will have to be on the top of his game in order to emulate the great Hindu God. So it is evident that Mahesh Babu has undergone a significant makeover for the same.

Mahesh, for the revealed that he had to prepare for nearly 6 months to shoot, one particular shot in the film, and that is the kind of detailing that is undergoing for this Rajamouli film. But even after all, the hard work appeared that Mahesh is completely satisfied with the kind of work that he is putting up for this Rajamouli film.

On the other hand, Rajamouli has categorically confirmed that the film would not be releasing in two parts and instead it is going to release in a single part that will have a duration of three hours.
