Mahesh Babu’s Name Dragged Into Land Scam

Superstar Mahesh Babu, who is busy shooting for his upcoming movie SSMB29 under the direction of SS Rajamouli, has found himself unexpectedly involved in a real estate controversy.

The Rangareddy District Consumer Forum issued notices to him in a case connected to Sai Surya Developers, a company he promoted as a brand ambassador. His name came up as the third respondent after buyers filed complaints about delays and broken promises related to the project.

According to the complainants, the real estate firm used Mahesh Babu’s photos and ads to promote the venture. Many buyers say they trusted the project because of his involvement and ended up investing money based on that trust. But with the project now facing development issues and incomplete work, they’ve included the actor in the case, holding him partly responsible for influencing their decision.

While Mahesh Babu didn’t have a role in the company’s operations, his image carried weight. The fact that he hasn’t responded yet has only increased public interest in how his team will handle it. Whether he will issue a clarification or stay quiet is still unknown.
