Chiru’s Comic Timing Improvised This Director’s Writing

The much-awaited trailer of Megastar Chiranjeevi’s latest movie Mana Shankar Varaprasad Garu, was released the other day, and it turned out to be an instant hit. Director Anil Ravipudi has crafted another hilarious film after the likes of F2, F3, and Sankranthiki Vastunnam. Here’s what the hit machine has to say about this latest project.

“Megastar Chiranjeevi’s mastery in timing, emotion, and screen presence brought new layers to the script. When he performs with so much depth and spontaneity, there were times when I wrote something simple, but his interpretations made it bigger. That actually made me rewrite certain aspects. In fact, my writing improvised with his performance,” said Anil Ravipudi, as he released the trailer at a College in Tirupati the other day.

Amidst the appreciation for the trailer, Anil Ravipudi giving all the credit to Megastar Chiranjeevi is adding more positive vibes to the film, #MegaMSG. With Anil once again giving some film overdoses like Rowdy Alludu and Gharana Mogudu kind of tropes with this movie, surely it looks like they have a winner on hand for the Sankranthi 2026.

Bankrolled by Sahu Garapati and Sushitha Konidela, Mana Shankar Varaprasad Garu has Nayanthara and Catherine Tresa as the female leads. The film is hitting the marquee on January 12th 2026.
