Allu Arjun Boosts Maruthi Nagar Subramanyam @ Right Time

August has been a month of small films striking a chord at the box office. Earlier this month, Aay and Committee Kurrallu turned out to be breezing hits that catered to a section of audience.

Now, it is the turn of Maruthi Nagar Subramanyam, which happens to be another breezy comedy and it has Rao Ramesh in the lead role. The buzz on the film catapulted after the arrival of Allu Arjun for last night's pre release event.

Allu Arjun's earnest speech on coming out to be there for his near and dear people, his high praise on Rao Ramesh and the rest of cast, crew stood as highlight of the event.

Bunny's speech is trending on social media for many reasons and a part of this is attributed to Maruthi Nagar Subramanyam.

Going by the trailer, this Rao Ramesh starrer is a breezy comedy that revolves around Rao Ramesh getting money credited in his bank account which leads to a funny series of events. The comedy quotient appears to be pretty high.

The Telugu audience have already been receptive of breezy comedies this August and if Maruthi Nagar Subramanyam follows this suit, this could be a memorable month for small films.

Tabitha Sukumar presenting this film, which happens to be her maiden venture, Mythri Movie Makers acquiring it, and Bunny and Sukumar coming as chief guests have all laid a good foundation for this comedy caper.

The Lakshman Karya directorial is produced by Bujji Rayudu Pentyala and Mohan Karya under PBR Cinemas and Lokamaatre Cinematics. It is set for release on the 23rd of this month.
