Masthu Shades Unnay Ra trailer : Abhinav Gomatam’s starter promises blend of comedy and emotions

Abhinav Gomatam, known for his unique comedic style in films like 'Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi' and 'Meeku Maatrame Chepta,' is set to take the lead in the upcoming movie 'Masthu Shades Unnay Ra.'

What's interesting is that the title of the film 'Masthu Shades Unnay Ra’ is inspired by a phrase popularized by Abhinav Gomatam himself. Directed by Thirupathi Rao, the film is produced by Bhavani Kasula, Aarem Reddy, and Prashanth V. The film features Vaishali Raj as the female lead.

Scheduled for a global release on February 23, the movie trailer launch event took place today with Nikhil gracing the event as chief guest.

Nikhil unveiled the trailer, offering a glimpse into the intriguing plot of 'Masthu Shades Unnay Ra.' The story follows Monohar (Abhinav), an aspiring painter facing challenges in a village while pursuing his artistic dreams. The storyline takes an interesting turn as Monohar falls in love with a girl named Uma Devi. Notably, popular actor Ali Reza, known for his stint in Bigg Boss, plays a character who criticizes Monohar, while senior actor Nizhalgal Ravi portrays Monohar's supportive father.

The scenes between the father and son seem natural and well-connected to everyone. Additionally, the scenes portraying Monohar facing struggles to achieve his dreams, yet remaining confident are sure to resonate with the youth. Director Tharun Bhaskar's cameo appearance in the trailer adds significant value, enhancing the overall appeal.

The trailer begins with the heroine admiring a beautiful painting in the village, questioning the presence of such a talented artist. Later, Abhinav makes a simple entry by saying, "If after the 10th, we would have studied, then we would have become…" that's followed by his friend sarcastically questioning him, asking if he would have become a collector.

Later, the trailer unfolds with glimpses of the love story, hero's comedic moments, struggles, and powerful father-son scenes. Dialogues such as 'If we have a heart, there is a way to achieve anything' resonate with the audience. The trailer concludes with the heroine asking the hero if he sees himself as a "Thopu" (great fellow), to which he responds with a confident "Em Kaada" (Am I Not). Overall, the trailer promises a blend of emotions and comedy, setting the stage for an engaging and entertaining film experience.

Meanwhile, talking at this trailer launch event, Nikhil said, "After watching ‘Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi’, everyone feels to have a friend like Abhinav. He has many shades, and I like him very much as a friend. I hope the film will give a good start to Abhinav Gomatam as a hero and become a big hit."
