Mayasabha Makes History as First Telugu Show in Ormax Top 3

Sony LIV’s Mayasabha: Rise of Titans has made history by becoming the first-ever Telugu show to enter the Ormax Media’s Top 3 most-watched streaming shows in India. The series, which aired during the week of August 11–17, 2025, achieved an impressive 2.8 million views, making it a groundbreaking achievement for Telugu content in the national streaming landscape.

The show has made waves across the country, breaking into the top rankings since Ormax began tracking content in multiple languages in May 2024. Mayasabha marks a significant moment for Telugu storytelling on digital platforms, proving its widespread appeal beyond regional boundaries.

Directed by Deva Katta and Kiran Jay Kumar, Mayasabha is a fictional drama inspired by real events, following the complex relationship between Kakarla Krishnama Naidu (Aadhi Pinisetty) and MS Rami Reddy (Chaitanya Rao). Their powerful transformation from best friends to fierce rivals forms the emotional core of the show.
