Actor Srikanth is a prominent name in the Telugu film industry. He started his career as a villain and turned into a hero. He did more than 125 films throughout his career and he is now busy as a character artist. The 'Mahatma' actor's son Roshan Meka made his debut with 'Nirmala Convent' and arrived as a full-fledged hero with 'Pelli SandaD'.

It is Sreeleela who made her debut as a heroine in Telugu with that film which is supervised by legendary Raghavendar Rao. It was a lacklustre movie but the songs were a super hit. Both Roshan and Sreeleela managed to make a good impression. While Sreeleela became very busy in Tollywood and delivered over 6-7 films after 'Pelli SandaD', Roshan slowed down a lot. He announced a movie under Vyjayanthi Movies banner titled 'Champion'. Pradeep is the director of that movie but there have been no updates regarding this project ever since.

He is playing a key role in Mohanlal's pan-Indian movie 'Vrushabha'. There is still a lot of time left for it to hit the screens. No one is able to understand when Roshan is lacking as he has both looks and talent. We have seen what a lack of proper planning leads to with a hero like Akhil. It is quite important to sign movies with big banners and show some speed. If not, there is a chance of people forgetting him.

Other than the above-mentioned two films, Roshan hasn't committed to other projects. His father Srikanth is getting quite busy as the character artist but his son's career is not picking up pace. There was talk about doing a movie under Mythri Movie Makers banner but there is no sound about it afterwards. Many are suggesting that he needs to bring 'Champions' as early as possible. He needs to make his career choices wisely and the mantra of 'slow and steady wins the race' doesn't work out every time. We need to wait and see what happens with his career in the coming days.
