Jailer2: King Khan Joins Superstar Rajni, Unofficially Confirmed?

One of the biggest feats Superstar Rajnikanth is doing these days is bringing in lots of collaborations with other legendary actors and stars from various other tinsel towns. We have seen the likes of Nagarjuna Akkineni and Upendra in “Coolie”, and Shivaraj Kumar in “Jailer”. Here comes the next.

Bollywood’s mesmerising star Mithun Chakraborthy, who is acting in a major role in Rajnikanth’s upcoming “Jailer 2”, which is being directed by the original filmmaker Nelson Dileepkumar, has dropped a major hint. He stated that once Shah Rukh Khan turns up on the set, it is going to be quite lovely to watch his clash with Rajnikanth.

The news has sparked the wildest excitement of fans, as SRK happens to be the biggest Rajnikanth fan, after he made a Lungi Dance song as well on the Superstar in the film “Chennai Express”. In this Jailer sequel, already the cast has names like Mohanlal, SJ Surya, Vijay Sethupathi and Vidya Balan joining in, and King Khan’s addition will be that icing on the cake.

Jailer 2 is a follow-up to the massing 2023 blockbuster Jailer, which saw Rajnikanth return in peak form as a retired cop and it made over ₹600 crores from the box office. After Coolie’s disappointment, it looks like Rajni wants to take the proven route to get back on track again.
