Senior actor Mohan Babu just scored a legal win. The Supreme Court threw out the case filed against him in 2019 for violating the election code. Back then, the actor, along with his sons Vishnu and Manoj, hit the streets with students, demanding unpaid fee reimbursements from the Andhra Pradesh government for his Sri Vidyanikethan institutions.

The protest happened on the busy Tirupati-Madanapalle highway during election season, and that�s where the trouble started. Police whacked charges for causing traffic chaos and staging a protest without permission.
