Monikaa immediately recalled an incident from a recent film. She said that while she went for Nani’s two plaits movie that is The Paradise, she was given a paper containing her dialogues. When she looked at the paper, she noticed that it had several abusive words.
Monikaa said that she felt very uncomfortable when she saw those words. The main problem was not reading the paper, but saying those words aloud in front of others. She admitted that she found it difficult to deliver those dialogues naturally.
During the interview, the people sitting beside her asked whether she simply could not say those words. Monikaa explained that it was not exactly that she believed such dialogues should never be used in films. Instead, she personally felt uncomfortable saying those particular abusive words.
She made it clear that she was not saying that she has conditions to such scenes or dialogues but the situation simply made her uncomfortable as an actor. She found it difficult to say those words when the camera was rolling.
Monikaa's honest answer gave viewers an idea about the challenges actors sometimes face while performing scenes that are outside their comfort zone. Actors may receive dialogues that are very different from the way they normally speak in real life. Even when the scene is important for the story, performing it can sometimes be difficult.
