Book My Show is one of the leading online ticketing portals in the Telugu states and all across the country. In this context, let us have a look at the kind of bookings that were exhibited by leading films this year.

As of May 8, 2025, Salman Khan’s Sikandar has taken the top spot on BookMyShow with over 140,000 people marking their interest, making it the most anticipated Bollywood film currently. In second place is War 2, starring Hrithik Roshan and Jr. NTR, with 55,200 interests. The third and fourth spots are held by Akshay Kumar-led comedies Welcome to the Jungle and Housefull 5, garnering 39,200 and 28,900 interests respectively.

John Abraham’s political thriller The Diplomat follows with 22,800 interests, while Raid 2 with Ajay Devgn has drawn in 20,100. Dhadak 2, the romantic drama starring Siddhant Chaturvedi and Triptii Dimri, is also gaining steady traction with 11,000 interests. Action-packed Baaghi 4, led by Tiger Shroff, stands close behind at 10,700.

Romantic film Tere Ishk Mein, featuring newcomers, has earned 7,700 interests, while Jaat, a gritty rural drama, rounds out the top ten with 7,000.

Interestingly, Alia Bhatt’s Bhool Chuk Maaf and patriotic drama Kesari Veer do not appear in the top ten despite initial buzz. This may be due to Bhool Chuk Maaf opting for a direct streaming release on Amazon Prime Video on May 16.
