String Of Releases Starting With Vijay & Ending With NTR In Sept!

August completed on a high note with 'Saripodhaa Sanivaaram' but it was quite a disappointing month at the box office. Many thought that the big Independence Day releases would do great business but they failed quite badly. With the new month arriving, there are huge hopes on it once again.

The releases will start with 'GOAT (Greatest Of All Time)' as it will be releasing on 5th September. Thalapathy Vijay is the hero in this science fiction drama that has Meenakshi Chaudhary and Sneha playing female leads. Venkat Prabhu is the director of it. They made Vijay look very young and even brought Vijaykanth back to life through technology. The expectations are quite high on this flick.

Nivetha Thomas and Priyadarshi's '35 Chinna Katha Kaadu' is an entertaining drama that has quality content. This family drama will be coming on 6th September and Nandakishore is the director. On the same day, Nara Rohit's 'Sundarakanda' is hitting the screens. Venkatesh Nimmalapudi is the director of it. Going to Hindi, Kangana Ranaut's 'Emergency' is releasing on 6th as well. Kangana herself directed this movie. She will be seen as late Prime Minister Indira Gandi in the film. On 7th September, we have releases like 'Janaka Aithe Ganaka', 'Bhale Unnade' and 'Uruku Patela' coming our way.

In the second week, a lot of small films are coming to theatres. 'Mathu Vadalara 2' is releasing on 13th September and it is the most notable film of all. Sri Simha, Satya and Faria play main roles in it. 'Dhoom Dham' is coming on the same day and so is 'Utsavam' which has Prakash Raj, Regina Cassandra, Rajendra Prasad and Brahmanandam in main roles. On day ahead of these, we have Tovino Thomas' 'ARM' releasing.

While the releases on the 3rd week are yet to be known, the month is going to end on a high with Young Tiger NTR's 'Devara Part 1'. This intense action saga is written and directed by Koratala Siva. There are massive expectations on this pan-Indian flick. The songs and glimpse raised the hype a lot and Janhvi Kapoor is the heroine in it while Saif Ali Khan is the villain.
