Mrunal Thakur Wants Allu Arjun’s Movie, But..

Though not signing so-big films in Bollywood, Marathi beauty Mrunal Thakur has made a name in Tollywood with back-to-back biggies. She has Adivi Sesh’s Dacoit, tentatively scheduled for a massive release in March, while she’s promoting her upcoming Valentine’s Day release, Do Deewane Sahar Mein. Here’s what she said about a film with Allu Arjun.

Speaking in an interview, when the host asked her if she’s part of the upcoming film of Allu Arjun, the actress reacted like, “Oh really! I don’t know about it. I wish I were in an Allu Arjun movie. Please pray for me, and I’m also praying”. That expresses how the actress wishes to be in an Allu Arjun movie, especially the upcoming #AA26, whose casting was not finalised.

While Deepika Padukone was playing the lead in Allu Arjun’s film with Atlee, currently casting is underway for his next, which is being directed by Lokesh Kanagaraja. In AA26, it was rumoured that Bollywood diva Shraddha Kapoor was the leading lady, but the name of Mrunal Thakur is also spread in some gossip circles.

Now that Mrunal confirmed she’s not picked up for #AA26, we have to see who would be joining as the main lead.
