Mythri Playing Risky Gamble With Rajinikanth?

Superstar Rajinikanth is one of the biggest crowd pillars in Indian cinema, and the kind of revenues that his films can generate even with simple content is beyond ordinary. Incidentally, he has reportedly signed a new project under a Telugu production house now.

Telugu production house in discussion, here is none other than Mythri Movie Makers. This leading production house recently made a film with Tamil star Ajith Kumar and it worked out pretty well in the case of Good Bad Ugly. Even though this film was not a huge hit at the box office, it managed to generate pretty decent revenues.

On that note, the latest development are suggesting that this leading production is now leaning up a film with superstar Rajinikanth.

With Rajinikanth that his film either go north South at the box office. He either generates massive revenues or ends up making disaster films that did not even recover the production cost.

So this is a very risky gamble that is being played by this Telugu production house with regard to the idea of producing the film with Rajinikanth. But there is a lot of scope for scepticism here. This is mainly due to the fact that this production house has still not locked the Director for superstar Rajinikanth, and they have multiple options in mind.

It has to be seen when this project would actually be executed, but it would surely be an interesting crossover project.
