Senior actress Nadiya has seen the film industry change over the years. She is well-known for her iconic parts in Atharintiki Daaredi, A Aa, and countless other blockbusters. She has witnessed the glitz and grit of show business as someone who went from being a popular heroine to a cherished character artist. In honor of Women's Day, Nadiya talked candidly about the challenges faced by modern actresses and the ways in which the business has evolved, both positively and negatively.

Even though contemporary actresses have access to stylists, fancy vans, and cutting-edge facilities, Nadiya thinks their difficulties have only become worse. Every move is being monitored, unlike in the past. She emphasized the demands of social media and the ongoing scrutiny that comes with being a celebrity by pointing out that actresses "can not go out without being evaluated or trolled." Personal space has become a luxury in the digital era, despite the increased visibility it offers.

In her advice to the younger generation, Nadiya urged young ladies to embrace confidence and stand their ground. "We need to adjust because the world has changed. We will not get anywhere out of fear. Women ought to be self-aware and live their lives as they see fit. She urged actors to defy social norms and take unapologetically personal space, saying, "If you think highly of yourself, the world will see you the same way."

Despite her absence from the film industry since Let us Get Married, her final Tamil film, which was released two years ago, Nadiya remains an inspiration. Even if she does not have any upcoming projects planned, her strength and knowledge make her an inspiration to aspiring actresses. Whether on or off screen, Nadiya demonstrates that having true strength means proudly embracing your story rather than merely surviving the profession.
