Creative film maker, Nag Ashwin is one of the most talented directors in the contemporary crop of India director. After impressing the audience with his earlier film, Mahanati, he followed it up with a historic blockbuster in the form of Kalki, which collected over ₹1200 crore at the global box office.

Coming to the topic, now, the latest developments are suggesting that the talented director is apparently lining up a new film, but there is a catch here.

Apparently, Ashwin is preparing a female oriented subject that he had been contemplating for a long time now, and he is likely to take this project, the floors at the earliest.

The special thing about this project is going to be that it is being planned with Bollywood star actress, Alia Bhatt. Apparently, Ashwin has contemplated a story that perfectly suits the acting capabilities of Alia and he wants her to play the female lead in the same.

It can be noted that Ashwin became a focal point of several discussions after delivering a blockbuster like Kalki. However, he might not find the bulk dates of Prabhas in the near future as he is occupied with Raja Saab, Fauji, Spirit, Salaar 2 and other films.

So the safer option here is to go for a small project that would not use up too many resources. One feasible option here is a film with Alia Bhatt, who is a female superstar in Hindi cinema.
