Naga Vamsi’s Funny Satires On Funky Criticism

Ace producer Naga Vamsi, who bankrolls films under Sithara Entertainment, is known for his eccentric comments during film events. At the same time, after the release of a movie, the producer has this habit of hosting a press meet at his office, throwing a series of punches and one-liners at the critics. Here comes now his retaliation on “Funky” critics.

“Some people on X wrote that there is no story, flow, or logic in the movie. I’ve only stated that already umpteen times in the last 3 weeks. You’re not scientists who discovered something fresh now. I never told you that I’ve made a Sagara Sangamam,” said Vamsi, breaking everyone into laughter, though he clarified that this comment is not targeted against the film media. At the same time, Vamsi felt that the film would not be loved by reviewers, which he already knew.

Naga Vamsi also felt that he has made a film that’s outright silly, and it is something to enjoy. But he got upset that even common moviegoers are talking about technical stuff. “Even some people are saying that editing is jerky, but the point is that we wanted the film to be like that. The film is not aimed at making a perfect screenplay, but only spreading laughs,” he added.
