‘Telugu should surpass Hindi version’: Naga Vamsi about War 2

Suryadevara Naga Vamshi who is the producer releasing War 2 in Telugu, spoke highly of the film at its pre-release event. He stated that War 2 is not about "NTR going to Bollywood," but rather "Hrithik coming to Tollywood." Naga Vamsi stated that the film is a genuine Telugu production with perfectly synced dialogues by ensuring it resonates with the local audience.

He also encouraged fans to make the Telugu version's net collections surpass those of the Hindi version. Vamsi shared his personal wish for the Telugu version to earn at least one rupee more than its Hindi counterpart. He urged fans to break the records set by Devara and set new benchmarks.

With strong confidence in the film, Naga Vamsi assured that War 2 would not disappoint. He even promised that if the movie failed to meet expectations, he would never hold a microphone again to promote any film. His speech reflected a deep belief in the quality of the product.

War 2 is set to release on August 14. While the Hindi version's initial performance has been underwhelming, the Telugu version faces tough competition from Coolie.
