Sankranthi Touch: Anagananga Oka Raju gets King’s Voice

By: Shanaz B Syed | 7 Jan 2026 6:29 PM ISTProducer Naga Vamsi is known for sparking the film lovers through his tweet, and this time the excitement around his upcoming release Anganaga Oka Raju just got doubled with a single picture he shared, setting the social media abuzz.
The producer shared an image that featured Naveen Polishetty at the dubbing studio, accompanied by a senior star seated before the mic. Adding fuel to the curiosity, Vamsi captioned it, “Raju gari celebration just got a KING size upgrade! “, a clear hint that the voice lending grandeur to the film is none other than King Nagarjuna Akkineni.
Nagarjuna’s voice-over comes with a strong Sankranthi sentiment attached to it. Over the years, the senior star delivered lots of hit films during Sankranthi times, with the last one being Naa Saami Ranga in 2024. As the senior actor doesn’t have a film of his own in the Sankranthi race, surely associating with Naveen Polishetty’s movie is not only special but symbolic too.
For Ananganaga Oka Raju, this association with Nagarjuna works as a major value addition, as Nag’s voice will elevate the film’s narrative tone and festive appeal.
Adding to the momentum, producer Naga Vamsi confirmed that the trailer of Anaganaga Oka Raju will be released tomorrow, setting the stage for full-fledged promotions. The film, directed by Maari, is hitting cinemas on January 14th.
