Nani Asks Not To Drag Him Into The Numbers Race!

Natural Star Nani is enjoying the success of 'Saripodhaa Sanivaaram'. The success meet was held and the team interacted with the media recently. When a journalist asked if he would become a Tier 1 hero, Nani openly asked them not to drag him into all this mess. As a matter of fact, there was a discussion even before the release of this film that 'Saripodhaa Sanivaaram' success might take him into the big league.

Going by the trend at the box office, Nani is enjoying hattrick hits with 'Dasara', 'Hi Nanna' and 'Saripodhaa Sanivaaram' now. Whether Nani agrees or not, he is surely inching closer to the Tier 1 category. Nani is increasing his fanbase with each film and he has a good following in other states too. His budgets are also getting increased lately. Prior to 'Dasara', he did not have a 100-crore-grossing film but things changed now. His next movie with Srikanth Odela is going to be made on a huge budget.

Looking at the business side, no film of Nani has resulted in heavy losses for producers and buyers in recent times. Even 'Ante Sundaraniki' recovered its budget. Films like 'V' and 'Tuck Jagadish' got saved by the direct OTT release. So, there are no losses for Nani's films in recent times. Nani doesn't want to get included in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 competitions. 'Saripodhaa Sanivaaram' is expected to get huge collections this weekend. The heavy rains may affect the collections a bit and we need to see how much damage it causes.
