Nani’s upcoming film The Paradise has received permission for special shows and increased ticket prices in Andhra Pradesh. The Andhra Pradesh Government issued an official order on September 21, 2026, allowing theatres across the state to charge higher ticket rates for the film.
The Paradise is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on September 24. Before the regular release, the government has permitted one special premiere show on the evening of September 23.
According to the government order, the special premiere ticket price has been fixed at Rs. 400 in multiplexes and Rs. 300 in single-screen theatres, including GST.
The government has also allowed an additional ticket price for the first ten days of the film’s release. From September 24 to October 3, multiplexes can charge Rs. 75 extra per ticket, including GST. Single-screen theatres can charge Rs. 50 extra per ticket, including GST. The permission is applicable for up to five shows per day.
The order was issued by the Andhra Pradesh Home Department after considering a request from producer Sri Chukkurli Sudhakar of Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Cinemas LLP. The permission covers theatres across Andhra Pradesh.
This development comes as The Paradise is creating interest among Telugu cinema audiences. The film is directed by Srikanth Odela, who previously worked with Nani on Dasara. The Paradise is presented as an action-oriented film and has a large cast.
Meanwhile, it is also reported a separate ticket price hike approval for The Paradise in Telangana. According to the report given yesterday, Telangana permitted increased ticket rates from September 24 to September 27, along with a special screening on September 23.
The report said that Telangana theatres would have different additional charges for multiplexes and single screens.
Therefore, audiences in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana will see special ticket pricing around The Paradise release. The film is expected to attract strong attention during its opening days.
