He mostly did silent and films in his career, which rely on content and novelty rather than mass commercial elements. However, he has taken a major detour for his upcoming film, which has been titled The Paradise.
The teaser of this film was released today and it promises and outrageous action thriller with Nani in his most audacious Avatar till date. He has clearly undergone a significant makeover for the film, and this look is unlike anything he had done in the past. He is to be appreciated for delivering such a massive scale product and trying something so very powerful.
The primary narrative is driven through the story of crows in the most hard end of battlegrounds and the way in which they have to fight through life and hardships to gain prominence. Interestingly, enough, this crow narrative is used to elevate the characterisation of Nani in the teaser.
We do not get a reveal of Nani’s face in the teaser glimpse, but we get a vague idea about his physical demeanour as he looks rugged and ripped in the same. The peculiar hairstyle and also the overall presentation of the film is completely different, and we instantly get an implication that Nani is clearly cooking something different this time. Kudos to Nani and the director for envisioning something this big and intriguing with so much vigour and depth.
Director Srikanth Odela is coming up with something outrageous this time after his earlier attempt with Dasara. The theme and the narrative of the film are pretty aggressive and black shaded. Music by Anirudh Ravichander is also of top notch quality and so are the production values that are exhibited.
It is also confirmed that the film will be releasing in theatres on March 26 next year. The makers have already locked the summer slot for the film, and this is a pretty strong judgement decision, considering the extensive production that is going to happen soon.
