Why So Much Unnecessary Negativity Around Nani Mass Image?
Nani has always been known as one of the most natural and relatable heroes in Telugu cinema. From emotional stories to family entertainers, he built a strong image as a simple and class-oriented actor.

From emotional stories to family entertainers, he built a strong image as a simple and class-oriented actor. However, in recent years, Nani has been trying something different. Films like Dasara, Saripodhaa Sanivaaram and The Paradise show his interest in exploring a more intense and mass image.
But the negativity around The Paradise has surprised many. The film is certainly an extreme action drama and may not be everyone's taste. However, calling it the worst film or completely dismissing Nani's attempt may be unnecessary. The movie also managed to get strong audience attention and good collections showing that there is clearly an audience for this new side of Nani.
Interestingly, while some sections are strongly criticising the film, the response from many regular audiences appears to be different. This has raised questions about whether the negativity is becoming bigger than the actual movie.
Some fans and observers also feel that Nani's changing image could be one reason for the strong reactions. Nani is traditionally seen as a class hero who succeeds with natural performances, emotional stories and relatable characters. When an actor with that image suddenly enters an aggressive mass space, i can naturally create a strong debate.
There is also a possibility that some people simply do not want to see Nani in this space. His growing mass image could be creating competition in a market already filled with established action heroes. However, this should only be seen as a possibility, not a confirmed reason for the criticism.
At the same time, Nani does not have to completely leave his roots. His upcoming projects could bring back some of the qualities that made him popular. His film with Sujeeth, Bloody Romeo, is expected to have action but reportedly with a more stylish and controlled treatment. There is also buzz about a possible collaboration with Shiva Nirvana, who is known for emotional and relationship-based stories. A project with Venky Atluri is also being discussed.
Nani does not need to choose between class and mass. He can explore both. The Paradise may not satisfy everyone, but the unnecessary negativity should not hide the fact that Nani is successfully expanding his image and audience.
