Nani’s Tweets To CM Get Criticised By Citizens

It’s already known that hero Nani took to his social media to post a long request to Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy to allow him to visit a theatre at RTC X Roads. Then the CM replied, stating that he should approach the local police, and then tagged DGP CV Anand as well. The DGP promptly replied that Ganesh Nimarjan processions and also the event that took place two years ago, where a woman was killed and her son rendered into a coma, won’t allow them to give such permissions. Nani replied that he will comply with the situation. Well, the question now is whether this whole thing is right.

As these Twitter exchanges are seen, some opposition leaders started asking if anyone could post their pleas on Twitter, and whether the Chief Minister and DGP will react in the same way. Some said Nani has behaved irresponsibly because, if he’s a law-abiding citizen, he should apply for permission at a police station rather than post it on Twitter and tag the Chief Minister, as if his visit is some great contribution to society. Some wrote that Nani is behaving irresponsibly by putting every ‘panchyathi’ on Twitter like this, and putting the Telangana government in the spotlight.

On the flip side, of course, celebrities will have the privilege to approach the authorities directly on social media, as they also want to show their fans what’s actually happening. Rather than giving scope for rumours and speculation, Nani has asked directly on social media for permission without any ego, and that’s a positive sign, say his fans.
