Natural Star Nani is one of the best directors we have in the South. After showcasing his versatility last year with 'Dasara' and 'Hi Nanna', he is currently working on 'Saripodhaa Sanivaaram' under Vivek Athreya's direction. The makers already mentioned that it will be hitting the screens on 29th August. DVV Danayya is producing this flick while Priyanka Arul Mohan is the heroine.

As we know, Nani announced a project with 'Run Raja Run' and 'Saaho' fame Sujeeth. DVV Danayya who was supposed to bankroll this project dropped out of it and news arrived that another big producer is going to take over from him. Budget constraints are reportedly the main reason for the veteran producer walking out and sources say that there are other producers in line. But there is gossip going around that Nani is also looking to shelve this movie as Sujeeth is busy with 'OG' and gave commitments to other producers.

Also, the news of Nani teaming up with 'Balagam' fame Venu has been doing rounds for a long time. The comedian turned director has reportedly readied a script and that rural entertainer has been named 'Yellamma'. Despite Dil Raju being eager to produce it, the project is yet to be announced officially. Rumors suggest that Nani is not completely satisfied with the final draft and is reportedly looking to shelve this film too.

Nani has 'Dasara' director Srikanth Odela's project in hand. It is an action drama that will be produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri. Sources claim that he is also going to work with acclaimed Tamil director TJ Gnanavel in 2025. He made 'Jai Bhim' and is working with Rajnikanth right now. Though the official update regarding the shelving of Sujeeth and Venu's projects are yet to come out, the gossip in media circles is quite strong. Let us wait and see how things turn out.
