Naveen's Upcoming Venture Gets A New Director!

It is a normal occurrence with a movie changes hands midway. It happened many times before. A lot of times, it is due to creative differences between the hero-director, director-producer or others. Mahesh said 'No' to Sukumar's script which then fell into the hands of Allu Arjun and became 'Pushpa'. Sources claim that 'Devara' was first narrated to Bunny instead of NTR. Now, another instance involves Naveen Polishetty who is riding high on the hattrick of success.

Even before 'Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty', Naveen announced a movie titled 'Anaganaga Oka Raju'. Some part of the shooting is done but it came to a halt due to unknown reasons. Kalyan Shankar is the director of this movie at the beginning. Naga Vamsi planned to make this film on a big budget under his Sitara Entertainments banner. With the film stopping midway, director Kalyan Shankar was given the responsibility to direct 'MAD' which is being produced by Naga Vamsi's sister Haarika. The film was released recently and turned into a very good hit. The latest update suggests that 'Anaganaga Oka Raju' has fallen into the hands of another director. It is none other than Anudeep. Kalyan Shankar was in the writing team of 'Jathi Ratnalu'.

With everyone knowing each other, the transition is reportedly smooth. The official announcement regarding this is expected to come out in a day or two. Sreeleela was earlier selected as the heroine but we don't know if she still has time for this project or not. Anudeep needs to give a comeback after 'Prince' and 'First Day First Show' which was written by him also failed badly. Naveen Polishetty is the hero who can do complete justice to Anudeep's one-liners and we need to see what happens in their combo once again.
