Nayanthara Becomes Rajnikanth’s Neighbour @ 30 Cr

Lady superstar Nayantara commands a lot of fees from her producers even for a small role and makes a lot of revenue every year. Apart from acting in films, she also owns a cosmetic business and, along with her husband Vignesh Shivan, invests a lot of money in other businesses too. However, recently she became the talk of the town as she purchased a property close to superstar Rajinikanth's house.

One of the upmarket areas in Chennai happens to be Poes Garden in the Teynampet area, where the likes of Superstar Rajinikanth live. According to property documents accessed by Zapkey, Nayanthara, along with her husband, Vignesh, has purchased a property worth ₹30 Cr in this area. While Nayantara holds 90% share in the property, her husband Vignesh Shivan, whose real name is Vigneshwar Sivakolundu, has the remaining 10%.

It's a duplex house that has a super built-up area of 14,003, 69 ft.², while the undivided share of land is 5,308 ft. As the property was purchased at roughly ₹21,946 per square feet and could understand what the market rate of it would be. Recently, Nayantara purchased luxurious properties in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, each valued at ₹15 crores.

After enjoying the success of Chiranjeevi’s Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu, Nayantara will be next seen in Yash’s Toxic and other films.
