Deadliest Attempt Of Prashanth Neel Till Date
This happens to be one of the dream projects of Prashanth, and also one of the most deadliest attempts from him in the recent times.
By: Tupaki Desk | 21 Feb 2025 8:29 AMDirector Prashanth Neel has made it a habit to make larger-than-life gangster dramas with periodic narratives. KGF and Salaar fall under the same category and they have virtually made Neel what he is today.
Coming to the topic now, Prashanth is working with NTR for his upcoming film, which officially got underway yesterday with the start of shoot at the Ramoji film city in Hyderabad. This happens to be one of the dream projects of Prashanth, and also one of the most deadliest attempts from him in the recent times.
The reason behind this is that this film comes with the kind of unimaginable violent backing that is associated with the notorious gang war that happened in the golden triangle between India, Bhutan and Myanmar in the 1950s.
This geographically dense piece of land that borders the three nations was a harbour for drug trade in the 50s. This area was notoriously ruled by gangsters and criminals with drug trade and gunpowder empire being the principal driver of financial matters.
Apparently, Prashanth has scripted his film surrounding these highly deadly topics, and this film will reportedly feature many incidents that were related to these antisocial activities that happened in the golden triangle region.
Earlier, Prashanth had to create fictional world for both Salar and KGF. But now he has real life, references, and straightforward incidents that had happened in the past to inspire him to drive his narrative further, and only sky is the limit for him now.
We can expect this talented director to go all out with the representation of the notorious gangster track in the film and use it to elevate the protagonist played by NTR.
