Sundeep Kishan's Super Subbu Trailer Promises Fun and Chaos

Netflix has released the official trailer of its first Telugu original comedy series, Super Subbu. The series stars Sundeep Kishan in the lead role and promises a fun-filled story packed with humor, emotions, and unexpected situations. The show is directed by Mallik Ram and will start streaming on Netflix from July 2.

The story follows Subramanyam “Subbu” Chillukuri Rao, a young man who is sent to a small village called Maakipur. Soon after arriving, he receives a very unusual responsibility. He is asked to teach sex education to the villagers. Since the topic is considered sensitive, Subbu finds himself caught in many funny and awkward situations.

As he tries to educate the villagers, rumors spread quickly and misunderstandings keep growing. Every day brings a new challenge for him. Although he lacks experience, Subbu sincerely wants to help people. His journey becomes a mix of laughter, confusion, friendship, and personal growth.

Speaking about the series, Sundeep Kishan said that Super Subbu talks about an important subject in a light-hearted and entertaining way. He described Subbu as a well-meaning person who often finds himself in trouble while trying to solve problems. According to him, the character’s innocence and honesty make him lovable.

Actress Mithila Palkar plays an aspiring influencer who dreams of becoming an actress. She said she was attracted to the project because it combines comedy with meaningful emotions. She added that the series highlights relationships, acceptance, and understanding among people.

Veteran actor Murali Sharma plays Subbu’s father in the show. He said the series uses humor to start conversations about topics that people usually avoid discussing. He believes audiences will enjoy the balance of comedy, family emotions, and social messages.

Apart from the lead cast, the series also features Brahmanandam, Getup Srinu, Maanasa Choudhary, and Jeevan in important roles. Produced by Chilaka Productions, Super Subbu aims to deliver a refreshing village comedy filled with heartwarming moments and entertaining characters.
