Nivetha Thomas Brother Steps Into Tollywood Creating Big Stir

Nivetha Thomas once enjoyed solid hits like Ninnu Kori, but her craze dipped suddenly. Last year, she appeared in 35 Chinna Katha Kaadu, and even with all the ups and downs in her career, she kept going. Now, the spotlight has shifted a bit because her younger brother is all set to make his Tollywood debut.
Nikhil Thomas, her brother, is stepping in as a hero. People already know him from the reels he does with Nivetha he dances, does quick skits, and somehow picked up around six lakh followers. The first poster of his debut film, titled Bangalore Mahanagaramlo Balaka, is out. The director duo Mahi and Raj are handling the film. The poster has that Bangalore vibe all over it, with nods to old names like Power Star Panja, Satyam Computers, and the Kolaveri D song era.
The technical team is interesting too. Praveen Pattu, who worked on Mad and Jathiratnalu, is writing the screenplay and dialogues. Vishwadeep is composing the music, and Mallu Nayak is behind the camera. The film is being produced by Akhil Yammannagari, Msn Murthy, and Ch V Sharma under Saya Creations and Falcon Entertainments. Balaka will start regular shooting soon in Bangalore.
As for Nivetha herself, she surprised fans recently with her weight gain and has not appeared in any film this year. But she did win Best Actress at the Gaddar Telangana Film Awards for 35 Chinna Katha Kaadu, which was a nice moment for her despite the break.
