Talk: Nithin's Next Title Looks Like A Copied Idea!

For a long time, once again hero Nithin has fallen into the purple patch as most of his films are struggling to work at the Box Office. From the likes of Extra Ordinary to the recent Tammudu, Nithin hasn’t seen relief at the theatres. For that reason, he has now picked up a successful director like Anji, whose debut film “Aay” has worked out well in the theatres.

As per reports in the film circles, Nithin and Aay movie director Anji are teaming up, and the rumoured title of the film is “Sankranthi Subhakankshalu”. They say that the movie will be released on the eve of the Sankranthi season in Tollywood. If that’s true, it looks more like a copied title than the original idea. Already, we have seen “Sankranthiki Vastunnam” for Venky, and earlier, the same star did the film “Sankranthi” too. But a similar title won’t suit Nithin, and looks more like a copied idea only.

Also, at a time when a blockbuster is badly needed, coming out with formulaic plans of marketing might not yield good results. As Sankranthi suits Venkatesh better, Anil Ravipudi has taken such a call. But if everyone wants to use a title that will have the word of the festival, surely it’s not going to be catchy. Anyway, it's too early to make such predictions as Nithin hasn’t confirmed the title officially.
