Fan Delays Pregnancy To Watch ‘The Odyssey’

The craze for a Christopher Nolan film is so huge that some even spent nearly ₹3000 rupees to own the first-day ticket of “The Odyssey” here in India. Cut to the USA, the film’s original IMAX 70mm Film Format is being released in nearly 50 screens in North America. There is this fan who wants to watch the film in one such theatre, travelling almost 3 hours, has now postponed her delivery date, her second pregnancy.

A fan named Amber Connaghan, a 29-year-old lady living in one of the desert towns of California, actually planned for a second baby last year. However, with ‘The Odyssey’s release date locked, the fan has postponed her pregnancy (conceiving) plans such that she wouldn’t miss out on ‘ The Odyssey 'on release day. Such is the craze Christopher Nolan enjoys amongst the fans, after making films like The Dark Knight, Interstellar, and Inception.

Well, there are such exceptional cases, and in India, many fans have applied for office leave and even travelled to Mumbai to watch the movie in a big screen that has an original IMAX projector, though it’s not the real IMAX 70MM version. Also, some even booked their tickets a month in advance when it comes to catching up with this movie.
