After it was rumoured that Trivikram is back to Allu Arjun for this film, somehow, the Mega compound hero hasn’t considered it, and went on confirming films with Lokesh Kanagaraj and Basil Joseph, after he wraps Atlee’s Raaka. That led to the ball coming to Jr NTR’s camp again.

Reports are coming that #GodOfWar, featuring Jr NTR in the role of mythological character Lord Karthikeya, the supreme commander of the army of gods, and the son of Lord Shiva, is getting announced on May 20th, on the eve of the hero’s birthday. Reports suggest the team is currently fine-tuning the announcement video and making sure that the visuals will meet the expectations. May 20 has become a strategic date for producer’s now. Big reveals, teasers, and updates are often aligned with Jr NTR’s birthday now, to maximize fan frenzy and nationwide attention, and Prashant Neel’s Dragon teaser is also coming that day.

However, coming to God of War announcement video, Mythology doesn’t forgive sub-standard visuals, and that’s the reason they are said to be working hard. Only if the VFX matches the vision, this teaser will come out, they say. However, fans are hoping that this being the first full pledged mythological role of Junior, after he impressed with Yamadharma act in “Yama Donga” earlier, the announcement video will be quite impressive.
