OG Buzz Explodes After Pawan Kalyan's Car Gift

After becoming the Deputy CM of Andhra Pradesh state, Powerstar Pawan Kalyan hasn’t scored it big at the box office, and there were rumours that he’s not concentrating enough on movies. However, one good film is enough to change the narrative, and the super success of “They Call Him OG” at the Box Office changed it all. Guess what, with yesterday’s car gift, the buzz around the sequel just intensified.

Directed by young filmmaker Sujeeth, who has earlier carved out a name for himself with movies like Run Raja Run and Saaho, #OG has done extremely well in terms of ringing the registers.

The Pawan Kalyan starrer, which also featured stunning performances from the likes of Priyanka Mohan and Sreya Reddy, has collected a little over ₹290 crores gross from the worldwide box office. That made #OG a terrific win for Pawan and Sujeeth, along with producer DVV Danayya.

Owing to this success, Pawan Kalyan gifted a premium luxury Land Rover Defender car to Sujeeth, which the latter shared on his social media pages.

Earlier, Pawan Kalyan praised Sujeeth big time and how, as both a fan and a technically brilliant filmmaker, the young chap has carved #OG for the masses. It appears that this car gift is a testament to the fact that they are now working on the sequel to the movie, as hinted at in the post-credits scenes of #OG inside the theaters. If they are indeed carving out this sequel, surely the Box Office will go unstoppable yet again. Until then, fingers crossed!
