'OG' Audio Rights Sold For A Whopping Price!

There are humongous expectations on any Pawan Kalyan film which is about to arrive in the next few years. But the craziest one among them is 'OG' which is being directed by youngster Sujeeth. As soon as the teaser dropped, people were floored by the 'Saaho' director's taking and the way he presented Pawan Kalyan. The teaser of this gangster drama had stellar visuals and Pawan Kalyan back in full swagger.

The teaser alone took the expectations to a whole new level. As per reports, 70% of the shooting has been done and the pre-release business is being done fantastically. Apparently, it set a record as the audio rights of 'OG' were acquired by Sony company for a massive rate of 20 crores. The background score used in the teaser went viral and this prompted the audio company to buy the rights for such a monstrous rate. This is a new record for any Pawan Kalyan film.

Grapevine suggests that the makers are planning to release the film in August. If it happens, there might be a clash with 'Pushpa 2'. Since it is a pan-Indian film, the makers are going to promote it heavily and we need to see if 'OG' releases at the end of August or goes back further.

Priyanka Arul Mohan is the heroine in this movie while Emraan Hashmi is the villain. Prakash Raj, Arjun Das and Shriya Reddy are playing key roles in this flick. DVV Danayya is producing the film while Navin Nooli is the editor. AS Prakash is the production designer while Rajeev Rajasekharan is the VFX supervisor. 'Run Raja Run' and 'Saaho' fame Sujeeth is directing this movie on a grand scale.
