These Are The OTT Releases This Weekend!

A lot of movies are arriving in theatres to test their luck at the box office. While some become successful, some end up as duds. Irrespective of their result, most of them end up on OTT platforms within a few weeks. The streaming sites are ruling all over and people even watch flop films that did not run in theatres on OTT platforms. They eagerly wait for weekly releases on various OTT platforms. Let us look at what content is getting streamed this week.

Young hero Naga Shaurya's 'Rangabali' has arrived in theatres in July. The movie did not click despite good promotions. A few comedy scenes worked out well and this movie is arriving on Netflix on 4th August. A movie based on the famous red sanders smuggler Veerappan's life story titled 'The Hunt For Veerappan' is also arriving on the same day on Netflix.

Another interesting flick 'Soulcatcher' is also going to be streaming on Netflix on 4th August. 'Guardians Of Galaxy Volume 3' is releasing on 4th August too on Disney + Hotstar. On the same platform, a web series named 'Dayaa' is going to be streamed on the 5th of August. JD Chakravarthy, Esha Rebba, Vishnu Priya and others are playing key roles in this series. 'Pareshan' is going to be streamed on Sony Liv but this film did not impress the audience when it arrived in theatres.

Another Tamil film 'Por Thozhil' is arriving on Sony Liv on the same day. We need to wait and see how these films perform on the OTT arena. On the other hand, big movies like 'Agent' and 'Adipurush' are yet to arrive on any streaming sites.
