OG Opening: More Than 100 Crore?

It has become extremely common for Telugu films to open on blockbuster magnitude at the box office as we have seen multiple films open with over Rs 100 crore. However, Pawan Kalyan did not have a single film in this bracket till now.

But this long and treacherous wait is going to come to an end as Kalyan is going to finally have his first hundred crore opening film at the global box office.

Kalyan’s upcoming film OG is going to open on a smashing note at the global box office as it is now projected to collect over ₹100 crore. This is going to be the biggest opening for any film from Bhavan, Kalyan and recent years, and the expectations simply could not have been any higher on the same.

This will be the first film from Kalyan to touch the hundred crore market, the global box office on the first day, and this must be a mighty record for this veteran actor.

Kalyan himself is extremely confident about OG as he aggressively promoted the film at the promotional event in Hyderabad, a couple of nights ago. He is now going all out for this film and promoting it to the fullest.

The advance sales of OG itself have touched ₹65 crore globally. This includes the premier in the United States and also the premier in the Telugu state of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. So this film is now very much on track to touch the hundred crore mark at the box office on opening day.
