Overseas BO: OG Made Good Money?

Pawan Kalyan’s stylish action film OG is having a pretty impressive runner at the overseas box office as the film has reportedly collected $6.2 million till now.

This roughly converts to around ₹54 crore. This is a solid number for Pawan Kalyan film, and by the biggest ever margin for any of his films at the overseas box office till date.

The film was largely benefited from the premier shows in the overseas circuit as it could generate $3.7 million from the premier shows alone. This largely contributed to the overall revenues of this film at the overseas ticket counters, and that is clearly having a say in the overall revenues now.

This is one of the better performing films from Kalyan and recent years as it has managed to grab $6.2 million till now. This is multiple times higher than the lifetime revenue of his previous film, Hari Hara Veera Mallu, which makes it clear that this is going to be the comeback film for Kalyan.

Kalyan is one of the biggest superstar in Telugu cinema and his power is on full display again as he is able to generate substantial revenues with OG not just at the domestic, but also overseas box office.

At the domestic box office, the film is holding its ground with decent occupancies in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, but there is very little contribution from Tamil Nadu and Hindi market.
