Censor Report: Why Did Ustaad Bhagat Singh Get U/A?

Powerstar Pawan Kalyan’s most-awaited film after the super success of #OG at the Box Office is none other than “Ustaad Bhagath Singh”. The film, directed by Harish Shankar, has been in production for the last 3 years, and the director also promised that he made lots of changes to the original ‘Theri’ movie, and came up with something fans wouldn’t even expect.

Finally, the movie has gone to the Censoring today as the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) awarded the film a U/A without many cuts. Though Harish Shankar clarified that the film hasn’t had any political references or punches, many are wondering why the film got a U/A certificate rather than a U certificate. Insiders revealed that there are lots of intense bloodshedding action sequences in the movie, and that have led to this certification.

Featuring Sreeleela and Raashi Khanna as the heroines, so far, we have only two songs released from the film, including Dekhlenge Sala and Aura of Ustaad. Also, the trailer-tease that was released two days ago got a terrific reception, especially with the dialogue ‘Bhagavad Gita and Bhagath Gita’ getting huge attention. As the film is all set for a grand release on March 19th, on the eve of Ugadi, it’s being heard that there will be no premieres a day earlier, but only benefit shows on the release day.
