Finally, after lots of postponements, Ram Charan’s Peddi has locked a June 4th release date, and then the film has also got its trailer released today, on the eve of the film producer Satish Kilaru’s birthday. At this Mumbai trailer launch event, it was announced that the May 23rd event that’s going to take place in Bhopal, is going to be an epic event for sure. And here’s what Rahman promised about it.

While all the songs of “Peddi” will be performed live at the event, they are not the only songs the composer, who has won an Oscar award for his creation, will be singing at the event. Mainly, as the legendary singer Asha Bhosle passed away recently, Rahman is said to have created a new song in memory of her.

This new song will be unveiled at the Peddi event and will be performed live there. Asha has sung very iconic and memorable songs for Rahman in films like Rangeela and Taal. The talented composer wants to pay a proper tribute to her at the Peddi event in Bhopal.
