Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan Must Help Tollywood?
Now it appears that the time has come for Pawan Kalyan to pay back the respect and solidarity to the film industry.
By: Tupaki Desk | 11 Feb 2025 9:12 AM ISTAndhra Pradesh, deputy chief minister, Pawan Kalyan has a rich heritage in the film industry and it can be noted that it is the film foundation that gave him the platform to reach out to the masses and create an image for himself. Now it appears that the time has come for Pawan Kalyan to pay back the respect and solidarity to the film industry.
In the recent past, we have observed multiple cases of piracy in private and also government buses in Andhra Pradesh.
Earlier, during the Sankranti season, we were dealt with a shock as Ram Charan’s Game Changer was openly played on private buses and RTC buses right after couple of days after the release. The piracy versions were leaked online, and the film was subsequently played in buses that were specially run during the Sankranti season.
The fact that a new superstar film was being screened in the buses, just two days after the theatrical release rang the alarm be very loudly.
Now a similar thing has happened again with another new film Thandel. The producer of the film Bani Vasu announced that this film was pirated just days after the release and shockingly, it was played on RTC bus in Andhra Pradesh. He has announced that strict measures will be taken against such incidents and said that he will be meeting with deputy chief minister Pawan Kalyan to bring this issue to his notice.
Being the deputy chief minister Kalyan has a lot of jurisdiction over government administration. So it is high time that he takes certain corrective measures against the piracy aspect which has been troubling the film industry.
