Policemen Get Violent On Prabhas Fans In Front Of Theatres!

A few years back, we were used to seeing massive queues in front of the ticket windows in theatres. People used to wait for hours together in the line to get tickets for a big hero's film. There used to be pushing, stampede and lobbying for tickets by asking women to buy tickets for men. There used to be police security in front of theatres when big hero movies hit the screens. But the advance booking sites took all of that away over the past few years. But it looks like the euphoria is back in front of the ticket window due to 'Salaar'. Mythri Movie Makers who bought the Nizam rights tried something new. They allowed offline bookings in selected theatres which included Sandhya 70mm and Viswanath 70mm in Hyderabad. Fans of Prabhas gathered in large numbers to get the tickets for premieres and morning shows. As soon as the gates were open, fans rushed into the theatres and got into a tussle at the ticket window.

With things getting out of control, the constables had to resort to violence as they started waving their lathis. While this controlled the mob to a large extent, the huge footfalls near the theatres went viral on social media. People are questioning the reason behind Mythri Movie Makers coming up with this strategy. But fans of Prabhas are enjoying it as they get to witness their star's massive craze during such circumstances. Some are even saying that 'Salaar' brought back the glory days of cinema. Let us wait and see if all this is worth or not as the movie will be released on the 22nd.
