Many thought that it’s starlet Pooja Hegde, who appeared as Venkatesh’s sister in the Hindi film, Salman Khan’s Kisi Ka Bhai, Kisi Ka Jaan, is now going to romance him.

In fact, though it’s not announced officially, director Anil Ravipudi is said to be directing his next with Venkatesh only, and they are aiming for a Sankranthi release. Many thought that Anil had locked the heroine as Pooja Hegde for this movie. However, the film’s team clarified that they hadn’t even thought of Pooja Hegde in the first place as the leading lady.

At the same time, Pooaj Hegde’s team also clarified that she didn’t get any call from Venkatesh’s film, and she’s not being paired as the leading lady in Venky’s next.
