After negativity, Pooja Hegde speaks about nepotism in industry!

South Indian actress Pooja Hegde, who was predominantly seen in several Telugu films during the peak stage of her Tollywood carrier has now shifted her base to Bollywood as she is predominantly working in Hindi films these days.

Incidentally, the actress had recently spoken about the negative PR that happens around certain actresses. She even revealed that she herself was subject to negative PR as a certain influencer handles on social media used to post stuff against her ever so frequently. She later identified that this targeted negativity is done by other actresses by paying money.

After this shocking revelation about negative PR, the actress has now spoken about the kind of impact that nepotism has on the film industry.

“ The kind of films, star kids have access to write with their second or third film is beyond my reach. There are certain directors who I have texted in the recent past, and they do not even reply to me, but they give access to star kids happily. For someone like me, it is even hard to get their appointment, but these kids have easy access and secure their appointments without much fuss.” Pooja Hegde revealed.

After being in industry for nearly a decade and being one of the primary choices in Telugu cinema for the same period, the fact that Pooja has now revealed that nepotism is still a big thing has got the attention.

Further more, the actress has revealed that certain directors are not even picking up her call or responding to her while they are ready at access to star kids. This is a very interesting revelation from the actress, it could be argued.
