Pooja Hegde’s Unfiltered Thoughts on Nepotism!

Pooja Hegde’s much-awaited Bollywood movie Deva, starring Shahid Kapoor and directed by Rosshan Andrrews, released today amidst much anticipation. Produced by Zee Studios and Siddharth Roy Kapur, the film has sparked conversations, especially with its mixed reviews. However, it’s Pooja’s candid thoughts on nepotism that have grabbed the spotlight recently, revealing a side of her that fans haven’t heard before.

In an unfiltered interview, Pooja shared, "I don’t come from a film family. My parents are lawyers, and my younger brother is an orthopedic surgeon. Growing up in that environment, I never imagined becoming an actress. It was never my plan, but I’m incredibly grateful for this journey into cinema, which happened by chance." Reflecting on her career, she continued, "It’s been nearly a decade in the industry, and I’ve worked with some of the best filmmakers and actors. But I still feel like I have so much more to achieve."

On the work front, Pooja is currently filming two exciting projects, Retro and the Tamil film Jana Nayagan, and her fans are eagerly awaiting her next moves in the industry.
