Prabhas & Allu Arjun Ahead - Charan & NTR Lagging Behind

Among the current set of top stars we have, the likes of Prabhas and Allu Arjun have proved their mettle big time at the National box office too, with back-to-back movies. Similarly, we have Ram Charan and Jr NTR following these two, going national with their next projects, as their directors are keen on delivering pan-India films.

But if we observe the number of films these stars signed, we have to say that Prabhas and Allu Arjun are ahead when it comes to locking their future projects. Prabhas has The Raja Saab released just now, and he’s having Fauji, Spirit, Kalki 2, and Salaar 2 in the pipeline. At the same time, Allu Arjun is waiting for Atlee’s film to hit cinemas, and he got Lokesh Kanagaraj and Sandeep Reddy’s film in the marquee.

Coming to Ram Charan, currently he’s waiting for Peddi release, and the film coming after that hasn't been announced. Though Mythri Movie Makers confirmed that Sukumar’s film with Charan will be followed, an official announcement is yet to come. Similarly, Jr NTR is busy shooting for Prashanth Neel’s Dragon, but then, he has no other film confirmed. He has Trivikram’s God of War in the discussions, but nothing concrete was announced.

Industry observers feel that, being pan-India stars, both Jr NTR and Charan should have three films in hand at any given moment, and they should attract the right directors and scripts immediately.
