Rebel Star Prabhas has wholeheartedly backed Couple Friendly, the romantic drama featuring Santosh Soban and Manasa Varanasi in the lead roles. The film, which has been enjoying a positive response in theatres, clearly left a deep impact on him. Sharing his thoughts in an interview with 37-minute interaction, Prabhas described the movie as a beautifully crafted and emotionally rich love story.

The climax moved him profoundly, and he especially appreciated the closing line, “Life is all about sudden goodbyes. Handle it with care,” calling it a message that lingers long after the film ends. Prabhas highlighted several moments that stood out for him, particularly the hospital sequence where Santosh Soban’s emotional breakdown felt raw and mature. He mentioned that the performance carried the depth of an experienced actor and revealed that he would gladly watch the film three or four more times.

He also praised Manasa Varanasi’s sincere and understated portrayal, noting how her subtle expressions added authenticity to the narrative. In his trademark candid style, he admitted he “hated” Santosh during the interval block, a reflection of how convincingly the conflict was portrayed.
