Exclusive: Fauzi’s Story Is Bigger & Two Part

For a long time, if there is any film of Superstar Prabhas that’s not catering continuous updates, that’s none other than Fauzi being directed by Sitaramam fame filmmaker Hanu Raghavapudi. This is the first time the director handling a star of such enormous range, craze and calibre, and it looks like the director is struggling to get things for the same reason. However, the story of Fauzi is so enormous that it will stun everyone.

Reports are coming out that the Hindi version distribution rights of Fauzi are acquired by heroine Raveena Tandon’s husband, Anil Thadani. Since the Baahubali days, AA Film has been buying out all the rights of Prabhas’ films for the north region. Reports are coming that this is a film with a pre-independent era background, where Prabhas will be seen as a soldier. The film is in the British 1940s era, and massive sets are built to get that look for real. Even Prabhas is said to have done a lot of workouts for the film, such that he would look fierce and intense.

On the other hand, the makers initially thought of just a standalone movie, but then, with the span of the film so large and long, they wanted to make it a two-part. However, the story that will be shown in Fauzi will be a completely standalone only, but the film that comes later on will be more like a prequel. Currently, the makers are said to have invested more than ₹400 crores already, and it’s going to be another costly film in Prabhas’ career.

Newcomer Imanvi is playing the role of the heroine in the movie, while some veteran actors like Mithun Chakraborty and Jayaprada are playing crucial characters in the film.
