According to the latest reports, Fauzi is now planned as a two part cinematic event. Director Hanu Raghavapudi felt the story was too rich and emotionally layered to fit into a single film, so the team decided to expand it.

The interesting part is that the second film will actually be a prequel, exploring the origins and earlier life of Prabhas character. This approach allows the makers to present a larger world set in the era before independence, filled with courage, sacrifice, and inspiring stories from that period.

Fauzi is set in the nineteen forties and presents Prabhas as a brave member of the Azad Hind Force. The director revealed that the character carries qualities similar to legendary figures like Arjuna, Karna, and Ekalavya, representing dedication, strength, and deep commitment.

Raghavapudi said he drew inspiration from many untold stories of freedom fighters and even from personal memories shared by people affected during that time. His aim is to show the spirit of the freedom movement in a fresh and emotional way.

Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, the film promises a grand visual experience with a strong patriotic heart. The first part is planned for a twenty twenty six release, with the second part following soon after.
